Terms

1. Inter-Fragrances Online Shop is run by LARA Edyta Popławska enterprise.

2. Inter-Fragrances Online Shopping site does not have a juridicial personality. All commitments and licenses acquired by Online Inter-Fragrances Shop are acquired for LARA and its account.

3. Inter-Fragrances Online Shop is situated in Przeźmierowo, Ogrodowa 9 st.

4. After clients’ placement of an order, a confirmation order e-mail is sent to the client’s e-mail address.

5. The orders are realized according to the sequence of orders until resource depletion. We inform our clients if occasionally products went out of stock by e-mail.

6. Purchased products are dispatched within 4-6 working days counted since the confirmation of the order or from the moment the money reach our bank account. In case of a momentary unavailability of a product, the customer will be notified by e-mail about the extended time of order realization. If there is any problem with the delivery, our customer will be immediately informed. The estimated time of a delivery may be extended owing to circumstances beyond our control.

7. The order will be dispatched if it contains the address and phone number of the purchaser. In case of the suspicion of giving false personal data or latent dishonest intentions, LARA reserves the right not to send the ordered products.

8. On the day of dispatching the package, the customer is informed about the fact by e-mail.

9. Inter-Fragrances Online Shop accepts the following means of payment:

• Cash on delivery (C.O.D.)

• cash – the package may be collected personally by the customer in the seat of the company, in Przeźmierowo, Ogrodowa 9 street.

• prepayment – the package will be sent as soon as the money reaches LARA’s account. If the customer chooses the prepayment option, they will receive in the confirmation e-mail the bank account details to which they should transfer the money

• online payment – credit card – dotpay.pl

10. Each customer may receive the receipt or a sale purchase invoice if they chose such an option in the order placement.

11. Marking the “sale purchase invoice” option authorizes LARA enterprise to make out the invoice without the consignee’s signature.

12. The order placement may be annulled by e-mail (sklep@if.com.pl) or by phone (0-61 896 15 06). Only orders which have not been realized yet may be annulled.

13. According to the customer protection laws from 02.03.2002, the customer may resign from purchasing products ordered in Inter-Fragrances Online Shop without giving any reason in 10 days timeframe from receiving the package. It is possible only if the purchased product was not used, copied or damaged in any way. Inter-Fragrances Online Shop guarantees the refund of purchase price. The money will be transferred to customer’s bank account or by postal order. The shipping and handling are not subjected to refundment and the customer bears the expences of returning the purchased goods.

14. In case of any claims we ask you to send the faulty article to the IF online shop. Our company, however, does not accept any cash on delivery parcels. Delivery costs will be reimbursed immediately after receiving a parcel and after the acceptation of your claim. Pleaseremember to attach to your claim the receipt or invoice with a brief description of your reason for returning the article. If it will be possible the product will be exchanged for a new one at once

15. The price of product does nor include the delivery charge. Carriage will be added to the value of product in te time of ordering. As a result, the final cost of your order consists of the price of product and the price of parcel delivery. All the parcels are delivered by Polish Post or courier company GLS. 16. The number of products ordered is not limited.

17. According to the act of Polish Law concerning the protection of your personal data, all the computer-entered data are processed only for your order accomplishment and will not be accessible to any persons. Each client has the right to have an insight into their data and can correct then at any time.

18. All prices are given in Polish currency (zloty) and include the VAT tax.

19. In instances not regulated by the foregoing statue we apply the Civil Code Regulations.
